Baltimore Ravens

The Baltimore Ravens began play in 1996 after the NFL approved the relocation of the Cleveland Browns franchise to Baltimore. The Browns name, colors and historical records remained in Cleveland, while the new Baltimore team was officially named the Ravens on March 29, 1996, after a fan poll inspired by Edgar Allan Poe's famous poem. From their first season, the Ravens have built their own identity and one of the strongest defensive traditions in modern NFL history.

The Ravens have won two Super Bowl Championships. Baltimore defeated the New York Giants in Super Bowl XXXV following the 2000 season, led by one of the most dominant defenses ever assembled. The Ravens returned to the Super Bowl after the 2012 season and defeated the San Francisco 49ers 34-31 in Super Bowl XLVII. The franchise has also won multiple AFC North division championships and has remained one of the NFL's most consistent playoff teams.

Baltimore's history is filled with unforgettable players. Ray Lewis became the defining symbol of the franchise and led both Super Bowl championship teams, while offensive tackle Jonathan Ogden became one of the greatest players at his position in NFL history. Other Ravens legends include Ed Reed, Jamal Lewis, Terrell Suggs, Haloti Ngata, Joe Flacco, Matt Stover and Anquan Boldin. The modern era has added stars such as Lamar Jackson, Justin Tucker, Marlon Humphrey and many more.

The Ravens have never officially retired a jersey number. Instead, several legendary numbers have been effectively preserved out of respect for the players who made them famous. Numbers such as #52 Ray Lewis, #20 Ed Reed, and #75 Jonathan Ogden carry exceptional historical significance within the organization. The Ravens Ring of Honor permanently recognizes many of the franchise's greatest players, including Jonathan Ogden, Ray Lewis, Ed Reed and other important figures from Baltimore's history.

Our Baltimore Ravens jerseys are not limited to the biggest stars.
